This guard is made from a high quality steel frame, 2" square welded mesh, with a hardwearing grey hammer finish. The guard measures 350mm wide & 1050mm high.

The straps are fitted slightly higher on the guard than on the head rest so when the straps are pulled tight it pulls the guard down so the legs push into the floor. In some cases with hatchbacks and estate cars you may fold the rear seats down giving the dog a larger area, in this situation the rear seats will also hold the guard in place.
